I am a Ron Paul supporter from GA, a musician, and also a huge college football fan.

Being from the South I know exactly how passionate people here get for their teams, bands they love, and even politicians they support. They buy memorbilia, travel in large numbers, and they arent shy about sharing their opinions. These are all things that the Ron Paul campaign can tap into.

I think Ive stumbled on a few solid ideas on how to combine my love of the three to help the campaign effort. So here goes:

We need graphic designers to make signs with content like "UGA Fans 4 Ron Paul" or "LSU Fans 4 Ron Paul". Or "Kiss fans for Ron Paul" etc.

We can then tailgate or just set up somewhere conspicuous at events like concerts and football games. There we could hand out voter registration cards or Ron Paul literature (which can also be customized to highlight issues specific to each state or region).

College football games specifically should be targeted in the Southeast just on the sheer number of people that attend them. Another reason is that you are essentially getting "two states in one".

Anyway, feel free to give feedback or expound on the idea.

and check out my pages to get involved in anything i might be doing in my neck of the woods. USA!
