I have compiled the caucus processes and information on how to become a delegate for the following states:

Alaska (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?310544-Caucus-Process-and-How-to-Become-a-Delegate)
Colorado (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?310543-Caucus-Process-and-How-to-Become-a-Delegate)
Hawaii (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?310542-Caucus-Process-and-How-to-Become-a-Delegate)
Indiana (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?310539-Caucus-Process-and-How-to-Become-a-Delegate)
Maine (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?310538-Caucus-Process-and-How-to-Become-a-Delegate)
North Dakota (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?310537-Caucus-Process-and-How-to-Become-a-Delegate)
Washington (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?308955-Washington%E2%80%99s-Caucus-and-Delegate-Selection-Process-Explained)
Wyoming (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?308956-Wyoming%E2%80%99s-Caucus-and-Delegate-Selection-Process-Explained)

(I gathered most of the information from other users who explained the process during the 08 elections so thanks to whoever explained the process in the past)

I don't have information for the following caucus states (if someone has information, please consider writing up the process):

American Samoa
Guam
Idaho
Kansas
Northern Mariana Islands
Puerto Rico
Virgin Islands

I didn't compile information for the following caucus states:

Iowa - campaign should have this covered
Louisiana - there are other members who are very well versed in the process
Minnesota - there are other members who are very well versed in the process
Nevada - campaign should have this covered

Thanks for posting! I hope as many of the members here take note for their states and if they can become delegates, do so.

Thanks again!

Thank you for this information, but it's a bit dangerous to imply that if your state is not listed, it is a primary state. Things are not so cut and dry.

In WV, for instance, people should be making sure they are registered and qualified properly, and gearing up to become delegates for the state GOP Convention.

It's not listed either way.

I can describe the process for IA, if need be. Just give the word.

You're right, there are some primary states where it requires some activism, which is why I told people to ask in the state subforums. The problem is that there's been about 10 threads asking about delegates and yet no real information is provided. People who do know the process for their state need to explain it like I did and post it clearly in the state subforum so its easy to link to when people have questions otherwise we're going to have "delegate threads" popping up every month. I spent hours researching just for those 8 states by going back to threads from 2007 and 2008 looking for information because there wasn't one specific thread for each state explaining the process clearly.

Also, didn't West Virginia recently change back to a primary? From what I read, delegates in WV will now be allocated based on results from the primary. If there is activism needed to become delegates in WV, please explain it.
