Just to remind all, specifically those in the mentioned states to keep fighting and keep spreading the word.

Dr. Paul came in 2nd place in:
Nevada, Montana, Pennsylvania, Indiana, North Carolina, Nebraska, Oregon, Idaho, South Dakota, New Mexico

and 3rd place in:
North Dakota, Utah, Alaska, Maine, Kansas, Washington, Virginia, Wisconsin, Vermont, Rhode Island, Ohio, Texas, Mississippi, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, Washington DC, Puerto Rico

His popularity has definitely grown, he can win many of these states.

Wow, I didn't realize how close we were to winning so many states. If I remember correctly we only won a handful of counties.

This year I can definitely see us winning most of those 2nd place states.

Well we could have been a distant second...

He should have won Nevada, but they changed the rules last second. I think.

Well I know New York recently changed the primary rules concerning delegates. NY changed from winner-take-all to a proportional method I think. So, there are points to win in New York this time around.

At the very least, let's prove O'Reilly wrong (http://www.mediaite.com/tv/bill-oreilly-bets-john-stossel-that-ron-paul-cannot-win-one-presidential-primary/).

Ron Paul earned 12.3% of the vote in caucus states and 5.6% of the vote in primary states.

Some of his best states:

Montana 24.5% in the caucus, beat McCain and Huckabee (21.5% in the primary)
Washington 21.6% in the caucus, beat Romney (7.6% in the primary)
North Dakota 21.3%, beat Huckabee (caucus)
Maine 18.5%, beat Huckabee (caucus)
Alaska 17.3%, beat McCain (caucus)
Minnesota 15.7% (caucus)
Nevada 13.7%, beat McCain and Huckabee (caucus)
Kansas 11.2%, beat Romney (caucus)
Iowa 10.0%, beat Giuliani (caucus)

Idaho 23.7% (primary)
Montana 21.5% in the primary (24.5% in the caucus)
South Dakota 16.5% (primary)
Pennsylvania 15.5% (primary) -- beat Huckabee
Oregon 14.5% (primary)
New Mexico 14.0% (primary)
Nebraska 12.8% (primary)

Unfortunately, Ron Paul was mostly in the single digits in the Eastern and Southern states in the early primaries, when the media was most focused on the campaign. A lot of his 2nd and 3rd place finishes came later on in the West, after most of the candidates had dropped out. Romney withdrew in February and Huckabee withdrew in March. Ron Paul stayed active until June.

All that green for McCain is like disgusting feces.
