Most people said we'd get $1M easy for the Ames one, but it does seem like there's more chutzpah this time around (maybe the anti-media sentiment?). I'm saying $1.2M.

I'll lowball it at 500k. I really have no idea.

I would guess $800,000... a little higher than RAF back in July, but still not great because the campaign just started ot recognize this after Ames, so not much promotion time.

Oh, and I'm predicting $900,000 since last one was a disappointment, I'm giving low estimates from now on.

going to stick with $4 million.

News talking point after tomorrow...

"In 2007, Ron Paul raised $4 million in one day on Nov 5th. This time around he's done the same thing, but in August. We'll have him on after the break and ask him if he is going to run 3rd party." :p

lol - "Ron Paul has cemented his place as a second tier candidate today raising 4 million dollars, which is 53 million short of the pledged 57 million his supporters vowed to contribute."

With such short notice, as well as most of the existing grassroots highrollers already having maxed out in previous moneybombs, I predict 750k.

Hope I am pleasantly surprised.

Short notice, and we just did one not long ago. and it's still pretty early in the election cycle (most people won't really start to pay attention until the fall).

I'm guessing $800k.

I was predicting about $700K, but judging by the way the early ticker is already going up, it should be closer to $1.2 million. I'll make that my official projection:

$1,201,776.12

I made a pretty good early prediction. There is still some time left anyone out there want to make prediction a reality. Thanks to the hackers I'm in for another donation.
