Perhaps he should issue an executive order demanding professional sports team be more ethnically diverse! You know figure up the percentage of each race in the U.S. and require the correct percentage on each team. I'm sure the sports fans would appreciate the new teams and their ability to perform just as I'm sure this new executive order will improve the way our government functions.

If you woke up and felt like you just HAD to issue another Executive order, wouldn't it be better to have an order that stressed qualifications, experience, and colorblindness (fairness) rather than hiring based on sex and race (discrimination)?

I really don't care about a government employee's sexual preference, race, sex, religion, or whatever. I want the best one for the job. It's a real sign of the times when the POTUS issues such a blatantly racist and divisive order.

Couldn't it be that when these people were hired whites represented 81% of the American population. Therefore minorities are proportionally represented in regards to their national share of population?
