Mr. Steele, like Mr. Obama, is an affable enough fellow.

But he's completely full of it, imho:

He discusses the "Top Tier is set" (you know, Perry, Bachmann, and Romney), and that Rick Perry would get no love from Karl Rove....bwahahahahahaha...he's quite the funny guy.

Stewart (and Steele) make no mention of Dr. Paul in this bit, although Paul is mentioned in an earlier bit.

ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM ALERT: Steele repeated the same three person top tier that the talking heads did after Ames. And Stewart didn't call him on it, despite the notoriety of his last show and the furor it caused in the media. What is additionally flabbergasting is that Steele, himself, said, with respect to the "top-tier:" "How many times did you hear that term the past week?..(and gesturing towards Jon Stewart, as if noting his monologue topic from the previous show)." Then he had the audacity to immediately blabber out the names of his "top three" contenders (Romney, Perry, and Bachmann)!!!! Just classic. Some other comedian needs to play clips from Stewart's last show then lampoon him with an outtake from this show.

BTW: How many friggin shows does Jon Stewart have per week?

He has four new shows per week, when he's not on vacation. ;)

Yes...if they nominate romney I am SURE fox news and the like will be all over his form of obamacare that he enacted in Massachusetts. The same way CNN and MSNBC are currently going after obama for continuing the patriot act, gitmo, the old and new wars. Oh wait.....

BUMP FOR: Didn't anyone see Jon Stewart give a free pass to Michael Steele for saying there was a 3 person "top tier" composed of Bachamnn, Romney, and Perry? After this past week's show and the media hoopla surrounding it, how is this possible? This is surreal.
