I wonder why a bill to support the textile industry says nothing about hemp.

There is no way it is going to happen unless we raise Tariffs on Imported Clothing, in order to cause the Imported Goods to be More Expensive than ones made here in the USA. Its the exact way that businesses are currently operating. They are getting tax breaks for importing goods, but try to produce anything in this country ends up being not as profitable.
