I like this quote...

"...Mr. Paul, who is facing a surge of support and attention after criticizing the media for downplaying his campaign..."

Anybody can make a website and make up poll numbers.

And even reputable polling companies can fudge the numbers. Research 2000 anyone?

Gary Johnson is NOT at 9%.

This polling firm has been under heavy scrutiny before here for releasing TX polling numbers that clearly do not square with reality. When we tried to find out their methods, it was impossible to. It appeared that they polled among all donors to all GOP candidates and that was it; truly hard to tell.

There are enough realistic polls with sound methodologies that are good for Ron Paul now, to have to worry about some no-name firm with specious methods.

The poll is clearly fake.

Or, you know, you can say something you actually believe instead of repeating what I say word for word.

Just called the number and got some guy's voicemail. The same number as the contact number for the Republican Liberty Caucus.

This is terribly rigged.. They created a fake polling agency, and are trying to use it to show Gary Johnson polling higher that he really is, trying to justify his placement in debates.

It's disturbing that the campaign is quoting this poll.

I don't think it's made up numbers.

I think they polled people who have donated to campaigns in the past. This obviously would skew things toward Paul, and some of those Paul donors would like Johnson (granted, even then 9% seems unrealistically high).

But it's still a bad poll.

Ron Paul is a founder of the Republican Liberty Caucus, so if they're really behind this, this is absurd. Don't use this as it will bite us if we push it too hard.

They're probably polling Republican Liberty Caucus donors.

It's not a good poll. It's a great poll!

I'm just saying, don't use the poll. If you can get the media to run it, later media will just point out the bias and we're back where we started.
