planning additional forums/website, need server help plz!

I'm planning a politics site for promoting Dr. Paul, and news stories about him, possibly even a message forum for discussion on conservative politics. If anyone can point me in the right direction on a good server for hosting, and for putting a forum, or where to get a forum code from, any help is greatly appreciated, please post here or in private message is fine! I'm trying to do anything I can to get our guy nominated!
