Just download "VLC Media Player" then:

1) Click File - Select Open Network Stream.

2) Enter Link above into the HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS box

3) Select Stream/Save. Click Settings.

4a) Click File and pick a Path/filename to save as eg. c:\output.asf (you can choose any location you like, doesn't matter)

4b) Also Click Play locally so you can monitor the recording.

5) Select ASF as Encapsulation method (other options may work also, you can experiment with this).

6) Press OK, then press PLAY

Good luck.

You should end up with ASF file around 3.28MB big.

You can't. ASX file isn't actually the media, it's a file containing the link to the media (wmv here), and in this particular case the media is MMSed to the computer not sent as a regular file.
