Ron is too much of a gentleman for that and we could learn something from him in that regard.

In politics, today's enemies are tomorrow's allies. If we handle ourselves properly, we win them without having to kill them hopefully~

One of my early mentors and a friend of Ron's too was a master at the art of verbal war.

He always wisely left the door open just enough so that 'they' (whoever we were fighting at the time) could come join us in the battle for life and liberty.

We need each other don't we?!

Stand on principle; fight fairly; win them with our position and our demeanor.

I doubt Palin would endorse Paul at all unless he became the frontrunner...much less right after Bachmann narrowly beats him in the straw poll. It's great to think about because if Ron got Palin's endorsement, I would put my money on him winning the nomination.

Why would you do an ad on foreign policy? It is an issue Ron doesn't do well with the base on, and a 60 second commercial stressing an issue that the base simply disagrees with you on, no matter how good it is, is not a good way to get votes.

High-profile political endorsements at this stage are highly unlikely. Pawlenty would have nothing to gain, nor would Palin or any other establishment figure.

I hope it is an ad calling out the Super Congress with the 12 people (6 Republicans/6 Democrats) for the crap it really is. I think most everyone can agree with this message, yet it is hardly being talked about. Newt Gingrich did bring it up during the debate though. Mark my words, in a few months when all of it is going down, the vast vast majority of our population will be pissed about it and it will be major news. It might be a little too early for that ad, but I still think it is important to front run it and show he is a leader against it.

Ron Paul is going to need a lot of her votes. Ron Paul is more likely just to annoy her supporters with attacks. When she does go out (due to mockery on SNL or some embarrassing makeup / migrane crisis at a debate, or any number of foreseeable things) we want to claim her supporters.

You make the presupposition that Bachmann will falter between now and 2012. And then act accordingly.

We want to be the last tea party candidate standing, and we don't want to alienate tea party supporters.

We attack the RINOs. The undecided tea party voters will say "I like Ron Paul, I, too, don't like the RINOs"
Who will say "I don't like Michele Bachmann"? Establishment RINOs. Do we have any reasonable expectation that Establishment RINOs will like Ron Paul?

New Ad, a lot of you guys/gals called it.

Exclusive new Ron Paul ad

EXCLUSIVE – RON PAUL’S NEW AD CALLS HIM “THE ONE”: Ron Paul is going on the air today in Iowa and New Hampshire with a commercial describing his three top Republican opponents -- Rick Perry, Mitt Romney and Michele Bachmann -- as "smooth-talking" career politicians. Paul's ad portrays him as the only true outsider in the race, citing his record of voting down tax hikes and debt ceiling increases. And it lumps Perry, Romney and Bachmann in the same category as President Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, showing pictures of all six politicians, sometimes side by side, and contrasting them with Paul. The 60-second spot, produced by GOP ad man Jon Downs, is running with six figures behind it in New Hampshire and what the campaign calls a "substantial" sum in Iowa. It's Paul's second major broadcast buy of the campaign, and it comes after his strong second place showing last weekend at the Ames straw poll.

The campaign must and should address the corrupt news media. Paul's commercials should quote the polls showing him in a statistical dead heat with Obama; and that is with hardly any positive news media coverage !!! Can you imagine how those polls would change if the media were fair and balanced? Paul would be running away with this thing.

We all need to expose the media through signs, flyers, etc.

It's prolly personal preference but do they have to be so "showy". i liittle over the top, i think, yet i suppose in order to reach the mainstream it may be what's required. The rest of us already engaged in the fight for liberty as free thinking individuals don't need that kind of show. So be it...
