So by his rational a recession is good luck.

ramblings of an idiot.

He possesses so much contempt for the intelligence of the public that he continues with this ridiculous propaganda. So by his twisted logic, the European debt crisis is somehow surprising? Really? He's the president and wasn't aware of the long publicized structural problems that would inevitably decimate the EU?

Wow! Anyone of even minimal intelligence realizes that the recession never ended. He just wants to claim credit for something that never happened, to make himself sound better.

Is this kind of like how Bush ended the Iraq war by declaring victory, and then it never ended?

Or like Obama convinced people that he ended the Iraq war, and it still hasn't ended? (Yes, some people actually believe he ended it!... but only because they don't want to admit to themselves that he is doing things they don't want him to, and they shut their mind from this reality out of party loyalty.)

I thought our former president was litting into Trump's economic policy, too. (This is from 2o11!)

I do agree. Stupid me. Donald Trump has no coherent economic policy.
He is Sheer Chaos bordering on the GET*SMART version of total KAOS.

Keynes or Hayek as a decision necessitates that you have goals and a game plan.
There are days when both these ancient wise & bright guys are totally wrong and
days when the both are quite correct. Most days entail an "either or" decision tree
choice. This being said. DJT is volatile. Unpredictable. Greedy stupid. Snarky bold.
