That's one hell of a picture!

...but there is no way in hell I am reading the comments. I know what'll be there, and I know I'll be inspired to live in a monastery afterward.

Great picture but the picture they use on the actual story is as bad as they come. It makes RP look like a stark raving lunitic.

Yeah Huff Post is meaningless to us. Not only do they drink the socialist kool-aid hard, they don't have particularly moderate readers we are trying to grab. I question the intelligence of people who read things regularly on that site.

Reading the comments following that article I have to conclude we are screwed. Why bother trying to repair a country that is filled with people like the ones who comment on that site?

Amazing. Like Jefferson, I tremble for America when I reflect that God is fair.

I don't think people on HuffPost who care enough to comment are the type this country is filled with. They are the true loud minorities. When things get bad, they simply recruit the lower class and uneducated with a Robin Hood philosophy. They rely on media spin and framing things their way to prevent people from using the logical faculties they were born with

You would be surprised. I've seen some Democrats bring up Paul's name.. I think we've got a chance of many jumping ship from Obama to Paul.

I still see the fundamental difference between democrats and the super elitist socialist nannies. It's one thing to not want to vote for the hypocrites the Republicans constantly nominate, but to support the elitists and nannies that are pushed by HuffPost is just plain ignorant and anti-American in my opinion. Sometimes I wonder if seeing all of the government owned collectivist sheep completely unable to help themselves would be worth living through a collapse. These are the first people social darwinism would leave behind.

Judging by the comments section, they have some of the most dumbed down readers on the planet.

Oh wow that comments section... I just read some guy essentially calling RP a hypocrite because he criticizes the very system that created the roads he travels on to campaign.

My old roommate is something of a golden-dog democrat. Her philosophy on politics is "I just choose Democrats and hope for the best". As I tried to steer her another way, she got offensive, and so we agreed not to talk about politics with each other anymore. Now that I'm elsewhere, I figured I would tell her to check the front page of HuffPost.

I was blown away when she had nothing but praise for him "compared to all the other Republicans". I still don't think she's on board, but if our influence can win someone like her over, then I know we're effectively changing minds every day, and that's reassuring.

That's good news !!! I know I'm one. I go to Democratic Underground sometimes, just to see what is going on with them. I even joined them a couple of years ago, posted one thing about Ron Paul; and got banned immediately. Now I see more and more stuff on Ron Paul; majority of comments are negative but more and more have a ray of hope.

On their main page this morning they have a you tube video of Paul saying corporations are not people. The person who posted that said something like "well tell that to your son". The first comment was something like Paul and his son are two different people.

I have no clue why they believe a word Obama has to say about anything. He's related to Dick Cheney, for God's Sake !!!!
