Ron has been in the top 20 since the debate. He was in the top 5 for days.

He was trending nationally on twitter earlier as well.

Could people adding "2012" at the end of their "Ron Paul" Google search mean that they want to search for Ron's campaign website, donate, and cement themselves as supporters of Paul?

Probably not a good idea for 2 reasons:

It dilutes the organic searchers and therefor drops his Google ranking

What google comes up with for "ron paul"

His Wikipedia page

congressional office

What it comes up with for ron paul 2012:

Just ron paul is more useful about learning about him
