I am going around posting this on all the forums for Ron Paul because I think it is a really good idea.

I was thinking, one thing that would certainly get peoples attension
is the expensive fuel. We should make stickers that we can stick on
gas pumps throughout the country that would say something like, Tired
of expensive gas? Ron Paul can help. Visit his campaign site at
RonPaul2008.com

Maybe they shouldn't be stickers so it doesnt look bad on him as
vandalism but like a hanger you can put on a pump. I don't know. Maybe
like a credit card size that you can slip in where credit cards go.
That way when somebody goes to charge their card, they are like, whoa,
what is this. lol. What do you all think?

I like the idea to put cards in the credit card slot. no vandalism, and catches em right at the moment it hurts. maybe we should do this in a coordinated way on July 4th along with the 'ron paul overnight' mass signage campaign.

the card could say something like this:

===========================

Foreign Occupation = Expensive Oil
IRS = Less Hard Earned Money
Status Quo: Fed Up America
Solution: Ron Paul For President 2008
http://www.ronpaul2008.com
1-800-RON-PAUL (is this an official number?)

Please leave this card where you found it!

===========================

or alternately, you could have a coupon on the back so they keep it with them, and are more likely to mull it over.

This is a great idea - can you get some made up at LibertyCards or something? Please do a couple test graphics. I'll suggest this to my meetup for sure.

We need to BOMB IOWA with these, I'm serious.

I'm leaving my Ron Paul business cards on top of the fuel pump, right above the $ counter. Very inobstrusive, but I bet if we all do it, we can reach a lot of people.

You're all aware that gas stations are littered with security cameras, right?

As an aside, the Ron Paul liberty cards are a good idea, but instead of leaving them at gas stations, leave them everywhere else. I can walk around the mall for a quick 3 store shopping trip and manage to ditch 30-50 cards in a variety of locations. It's a good viral tactic.

Guys this is the new-age fight club we're talking about. This is exactly what we need to do.

Don't take my post too out of context. I'm extremely motivated right now.

I thought we were talking about sticking stickers on gas pumps.
