Telling his med-school story about why he came to be against abortions. Should go over well with Republicans in Iowa.

The irony of being pro-life and being gung-ho about war seems to be lost on some of the crowd. Maybe he'll get some gears turning in those heads.

It was a pretty good speech. Much more natural and from the heart than all the other speakers so far. I felt the abortion story was too graphic and not appropriate for this occasion, but oh well. :cool: Dr. Paul ended on a high point: our problems were caused by not obeying the Constitution, and it's not hard to see the solution...going back to the rule of law and sending politicians to Washington who know and respect the Constitution.
