I don't think so - if it is, then my hat's off to those guys over at Ron PaulRadio.

I have never heard these voices on any of the shows before. The chat board on Ron Paul Radio seems to think it's real.

It's a parody of neocon radio. It's a skit, a joke, poking fun at neocons. It's FRIKING hilarious. I can't stop laughing.

If so, it's more believable than "The War of the Worlds" broadcast.
They took over the show right in the middle of a Ron Paul song, had kind of a quirky start trying to decide if they really had taken over the stream, etc.

Doesn't seem to be dissing Ron Paul. Maybe it's a media stunt. Possibly a good one.

Seems like it's over now...the point where they broke into the broadcast was right in the middle of the current song.
I started recording the broadcast shortly after the "hacker" broke in.

Yeah come to think of it this radio station sucks. I turned it off and I will not recommend this station to anyone.
Pobably does Ron Paul more harm then good. A disservice to the movement.

I like RPR, I think it does a good job playing some of RP speeches and such, but I also see it as directed at a young audience. I would not refer this to older more conservative voters.

But DjLoti does a good job at broadcasting that type of coverage to the younger voter.

props go out to DJLoti for that.

There are actually some good programming, but its just directed at a younger audience and as such sometimes gets carried away with the goofiness.....LOL....:D

DjLoTi

I really wish I could do RPR full time =/

I'd make it make a much bigger splash.

It is kind of for the 'younger' crowd.

nice stunt to get higher ratings.

Are we living in Ron Paul Nation now? :p

DjLoTi

Things take time to build, but we're looking long-term (like when RP wins) and we're envisioning a really good broadcasting station. There's still more work to do, it's not as easy as one may think to do all this stuff, but for only being up since August, I'd say we're doin alright :)

It's def. fun, and it's open to all supporters, and honestly, there's just some really great shows and show hosts. Tangoland, Rick, Austin, George, Ebacher, ElVikingo, LB, Paulfan1, Chris, Non_Serviam... find your favorite (my recommendation) and tune in. :)

I'm using firefox. I just tried it in IE with the same result.

I go through a proxy here at work, I wonder if that is the issue.

EDIT: Yep, I went to it though a web proxy and it worked.

I think it is very good. I've been pretty sick the last few days with a terrible sinus infection. I've been spending most of the time in bed trying to sleep until the pain wakes me up. I've had RPR running the whole time. I pass in and out of consciousness to the sound of his speeches. It's really kind of nice. They have good taste in music as well. BTW, I'm 52.
