Voted. Paul is losing.
In before they pull a Fox News.
I find it interesting that neocons have been putting Bachmann at the top of their polls and Paul below the fold.
Sheeple view the top person as the winner.

It's in alphabetical order.
It's in alphabetical order.
How convenient. We'll have to wait and see what they do if Palin and when Perry throws their hats in the race.

romney is currently winning this poll? I call shenanigans. He was absolutely terrible in this debate. Newt, who I dislike intensely, was actually very strong (it helps that he was Ron Paul light and is incredibly eloquent). But Romney? Man. He was terrible.

I wish you would break the link so they won't be able to tell where the votes are coming from.

Is there any evidence base for breaking these links.
I feel like it was something that someone started that only makes it less likely and more annoying to copy and paste.

No, we just say it to irritate those of you who weren't here during the first campaign.
In the case of polls, they frequently check to see the site where voters came from. If they see a ton coming from a Ron Paul site, we have had them pull them down, or write something that discounts the vote. They already think we are spammers and seeing a bunch come from RPF's doesn't help our cause.
In the case of hit pieces, we ask you to break the link, because if you do not you are helping to get it raised up in Google's rankings. That causes many more people to see the hit piece, which of course, we do not want to happen.
