text poll assistance?

Ok, I will admit ignorance here. Being new to having a cellphone (didn't want one, but it unfortunately became a matter of necessity due to circumstance), I can now vote in the after debate cellphone text polls. Tried to do it after the last debate, and couldn't figure out how. If they have one after tonight's debate, could someone please tell me exactly how to do it? I have absolutely no clue how, since they don't give you an actual phone number to send whatever message to. I need a step-by-step "idiot's guide". TIA, if anyone can help.

I figured out how to vote on their fox news site poll. It lags behind open map and click on it or put in your zipcode. It will then give you the option to vote and let you handle the captcha.
