They will be asking questions and letting us answer during the debate on this page. We should get as many RP supporters on here as we can! Join in and join the discussion as the debate is streamed live.

Ron Paul is in 3rd place in Iowa with 16% per Rasmussen
Ron Paul is in 3rs place nationally per CNN and Gallup - all polls within the last week. within a couple weeks before that, we learned Ron Paul polls better against Obama than anyone except Romney, who is no conservative.

I sure hope we aren't the only one noticing Fox's bias!

If you remember the last debate in 2008 (I believe on ABC, but I could be wrong), it was down to McCain, Romney, Huckabee and Paul, and they still spent probably 75% of the time talking to McCain and Romney; they even sat them together to get them frequently in a two-shot. As I recall, Ron even made a comment about it during the debate. It's infuriating, but it's not surprising. It is what it is.

This, unfortunately. I remember talking to my uncle about Ron at Christmas in 2007. He asked why Ron was getting into the race so late. I told him Ron had been in since the spring and had been in every GOP debate that year. He looked at me dumbfounded and told me he had seen every debate -- but, as far as he could recall, he had never heard of Ron. The subtle and not so subtle tricks the media uses to set up anointed front-runners tend to be very effective.

No one but a small minority will point out Fox's bias - Fox can do no wrong by the average fox viewer.
Try not to attack fox on this when talking a fox viewer though, we need those votes and can't afford to alienate them. Draw them in, don't push them away.

I get to practice this everyday with a co-worker.

... I hate fox so much.

LOVE your avatar - I'm a huge KD fan!

I hate to say it but Ron is blowing it tonight. He needs to formulate CONCISE answers that appeal to Republicans and independents, not just his base of supporters. He's bumbling worse than ever, totally incoherent at some points. Last time around he framed a lot of his answers around the Constitution; this time around he's kinda all over the place. It's sad because he's so articulate on the cable news shows, but put him on a stage in front of a crowd and he falls apart.

He was very clear, calm, and concise in the exchange...the volume increase seemed to be more of a rally cry at the end...."Look at what's going on here!"

Still, I wish he would have avoided that exchange with Santorum. It hurt us....Ron really only had time to come off as what the establishment has painted him as..."Anti-War." Not a chance to really communicate his stance....

Ron Paul is destroying them in our eyes. I'm afraid it doesn't sound like the crowd is ready for it.

Let them have their $1 trillion foreign policy. They want to be idiots and follow the same path as the soviet union when it collapsed under the weight of its foreign military commitments. Some people are incapable of learning from the misfortune of others; they have to suffer themselves for their eyes to open (and even then, there's no guarantee they'll wake up).

It may play differently to viewers and people who read about the debate. It is becoming an acceptable conservative position that families are being damaged by soldiers doing repeated tours away from them, and that we need to wrap things up in Afghanistan now that Bin Laden is dead.
