Nachos. Heart racing in front of the TV. Tell me it's not just me! :)

More than the Superbowl, because I actually care who wins.

More than any sports because in the end they are meaningless, I just hope that I don't get too ticked off listening to the Fox stooges being unfair to our good Dr. and end up throwing a remote at the screen...

I've often referred to the debates as the superbowl of politics, however, i think they might be more like divisional rival games whereas the caucus/primaries are more of the playoffs and the general is the Superbowl.

Honestly? This day has felt exactly like each of the 5 Sundays that the Eagles were about to play in the Conference Championship Game (2001, 2002, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2008). I just cannot wait until the debate. As I wrote in another thread, I have not been able to stop myself from shouting "Ron Paw!!" during random times when I (think) am alone.

I always liked a good political debate, but now that there's somebody I really and truly care about performing in them, they've taken on a whole new level of excitement. I'm proud to say I haven't missed a single GOP debate since 2007...I love 'em!!!

I get excited with the debates ever since Dr. Paul cured my apathy. Seems like I'm always working during them though. I'll keep up with justin.tv app on ihone. In a similar vein, who thinks a Ron Paul baseball jersey would be a big seller? Maybe have the number 76 on the back under "Ron Paul" with Libery across the front?

How can you NOT get excited about a debate Ron Paul is in?

Yes, I most certainly do. I get as excited about Congressional hearings and these debates as much as the average person does about the Superbowl (I'm also not a sports fan though).

Because they make me breathe fire if I were to watch them, I'd rather be working.

Unfortunately the debates discourage any actual debate. Rarely is anything accomplished these days.

nice- juan williams just gave RP a great mention the "The 5", he told the table that they had better be ready for a surprise tonight because RP is going to make news in Iowa. hmmmm...he's totally on board i think.

Juan Williams is starting to become a bright spot on Fox news. Besides, the obvious good things for the campagin a victory in the Straw Poll would mean, it'd have a bonus of watching Rush, Hannity, Krauthammer and O'reilly's heads explode in trying the spin and downplay it.

He's respectful and admires Paul. He in no way supports Paul's fiscal positions.

He's a good guy, he's not ideologically aligned though.
