Anyone else noticed less talk about a "top tier" lately in the Republican race?
I suspect the factors are:
1) Implosion of the campaigns of "top tier" members Thompson and McCain
2) Rise of Paul and, to a degree, Huckabee
3) Looming LA Times story coming out soon that's supposedly going to torpedo the campaign of a "leading candidate" (we don't know if it's Rep. or Dem., though)
