GOP Race: RP vs. RP

I predict that the GOP Race will become a two way battle between the establishment candidate Rick Perry vs. the anti-establishment candidate Ron Paul. Perry is announcing his candidacy for president this coming Saturday. In doing so the media coverage will not be about Paul winning the Iowa straw poll, but rather about the long awaited establishment savior that is Rick Perry. However, Perry will not take supporters from Paul, his supporters will come from Romney and Bachmann, this will put them behind Paul in the national polls. The race will then be RP vs. RP.

This race ain't big enough for two RPs from Texas. Let's hope the one with principle prevails.

I predict that Perry will enjoy a time as front runner and then implode and it will come down to Mitt v. Paul.
