Yea Condi makes no sense whatsoever. Let me rephrase what she said.

"We want them to do stop enriching uranium, and we are willing to talk to them about their halting of uranium enrichment program, but we are unwilling to have these talks until they stop doing enriching uranium. Once they stop enriching uranium, we would be more than willing to discuss with them, the issue of enriching uranium."

Am I going crazy? Or does that make absolutely no sense?
