I think it's sad that some board of people is able to keep anyone at all off of the ballot.

off of their own party's ballot--the AZ LP won a big decision similarly by only allowing LP members to vote in their primary so that some monied interested couldn't influence a small portion of independents to swamp them.

Ah, nevermind then. I've been studying all day and my brain is currently fried. For some reason I was thinking the state wasn't letting him run at all.

Thats sad, but I don't think Colbert himself would care that much, he will just grandstand on this anyway.
