This is important. Obama has created a super congress and the 6 senators and 6 congressman bypass ALL congress and senate. He can virtually trumpeted the constitution and allowed them to consolidate their own power grab. This was in a clause within the debt bill.

Have Ron or Rand weighed in on this yet? It being such an unconstitutional power grab right there in the legislation, I would've thought it would've been the very first reason they would state, over and over again, for why they voted against the debt & spending increase bill. In their interviews and statements, I saw only mention of the 2.4T ceiling increase, the 7T over 10 yrs spending increase, etc.

the sad thing... just like Judge Nap says, the courts probably won't touch this with a 16 trillion foot long pole.

Even if it isn't, what is certain is that this group eliminates the power of other representatives to discuss and debate legislation pushed by the 12, so I can't see how this is completely unconstitutional. There should be a Constitutional challenge to this clause immediately.
