Here's my proposal for a Constitutional Amendment.
To pass a law, Congress needs an 80% majority and 90% majority to overturn a presidential veto.
To repeal a law, Congress needs only 20% and 30% to overturn a presidential veto.
This way, lawmaking is discouraged and we'll have an easier time repealing all the laws we've passed in this country (the vast majority of them being unconstitutional).
Anyone feeling my proposal?
