Is it possible to set up for a 'caller id' to be a number someone else already has? Because google voice obviously assigns different numbers, but not a specific number someone else already has. I'm wondering if someone like supporters of another campaign could have done this.

Well. Some dirty tricks are played by supporters sometimes, and even campaigns, aren't they?

But Ron always stands behind his positions, and clearly that would be a strangely local issue for the campiagn to get involved with.

Technology is like a hammer, it can be used for good or evil.

The people who run the phone networks could make spoofing impossible with their magic coding. I don't know why they refuse to fix it.
