It's going to be close, but the dems own it right now 120 have not voted and that could easily carry it to a not passed outcome.

OTOH: if a bunch of them are going to abstain from voting, it passes. A "don't blame me - I didn't vote for it" CYA type move... It's happened before.

WOW! - they are recognizing the house pages and dragged out Giffords - what a dog and pony show - total smoke and mirrors.

Obviously an attempt to distract from what they just did to us.

I hope this is still DOA in the Senate.
