That just reminded me of an article written mostly about Sarah Palin during Rand's Senate campaign. The article was about how protective the author found her facebook page and online presence to be. They noted how quickly remotely negative posts disappeared etc. At one point they compared it with Rand's:

"And over at Rand Paul's Senate Campaign facebook page, one user is wishing cancer on another...."
