Harold Shurtleff, regional field director for The John Birch Society (http://www.jbs.org/), and Dave Kopacz of the Massachusetts Liberty Preservation Association (http://www.masslpa.org/) will host a seminar on Agenda 21 and the ICLEI at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, at the Carver Library, 2 Meadowbrook Way (Massachusetts).
