I have the manufacturer's certificate of origin for my car and Ive read a couple of sites saying the mco is the real title to my car. does anybody have any first hand experience on this topic? furthermore am i now exempt from traffic laws?

Its been 8 months since I got my car its still not registered and nobody has called me asking to register it. I win...right?
