Ron Paul on trading?

I was reading THIS (http://www.nytimes.com/2011/07/18/business/fast-traders-under-attack-defend-work.html?_r=1&scp=1&sq=fast%20traders,%20in%20spotlight,%20battle%20ru les&st=cse) article in the New York Times and was very interested by what i was reading. Out of pure curiosity would companies like this ever financially support Ron Paul? Referencing Liberty Defined and some quick internet searches i was not able to find any of Paul's views on stock exchange restrictions and things of that sort. The fact that they nearly gave out in campaign donations what we did in our last Moneybomb was what spurred my interest.
