Can someone give me insight as to Ron Paul's stance on mandatory vaccinations?

I personally am against being forced to give my children vaccinations, I think it should be a parents choice. I am wondering what Ron Paul's stance is on this issue?

How does Ron Paul feel about the big Pharms in general?
