Hey guys,
I posted the original mock-ups for this design in the campaign materials section. Thought I would post the final pdfs here to make sure anyone who might could use them, will see them. I didn't change much compared to the original design, but there were a few color and text tweaks. This design is absolutely free and you can take it and print out as many as you would like. The design is in a standard 3.5 x 2 inch business card dimensions.
Here is the link to download the high resolution pdfs.

You can get these printed off for cheap at Overnight Prints, check them out here: http://www.overnightprints.com/businesscards/
Enjoy!

EDIT: I updated the pdf files to fix an issue I saw when uploading the cards to Overnight Prints. If you downloaded the file already, please re-download it. Thanks.

It's wonderful!
He doesn't come across with bullet points and issues pages. His remarkable qualities are in his character.
This lets a glimpse of that out.

So you go to that vista thing, go to 'personal business cards', upload your zipfile design, and order that way?
It looks like there is a cost, the free one I see doesn't let you use your own design as far as I can tell, but it is only $10 it looks like
Note that there is an initial cost for uploading the image, from what I can tell (unless there's an option I just am not seeing) so we should contact the site to do it once and let people order off of that if a bunch of people want to do this. I wonder what the deal at Kinkos is....

Ah yeah, my bad. I should have made sure that it let you upload your own designs for free. But $10 bucks is not too bad.

No, it isn't, and it is a great card!

Haha thanks I appreciate it.
Despite the fact that it's not free, vista printing is one of the cheaper websites out there. As far as the upload fee, I don't believe there is a fee for actually uploading the image, just an additional fee for getting a personalized business card. I may have missed something though.

FYI, I would go through Overnight Prints instead. I completely forgot about them when I originally made this post but these are the guys I have done business with in the past, they do good work and I like their website layout better.

this is great!
I actually made my own cards with them, this is what they look like, and it only cost 18 bucks (shipping included) for 500 cards

OK, I'll look at them. One way or the other I'm getting them. I can hand them out at the Simi Valley debate in September if not before. People always have room for a business card, and these look cool.

Very nice, but sending them to the campaign site may not be the best site.

But that is where they can donate. When I do flyers I want grassroot sites etc, but if only one site, that is the one I'd want.
I was thinking on the back something like 'join the grassroots at RonPaulForums.com and DailyPaul.com check out the videos at RonPaulFlix! or if we stick to official pages direct them to his facebook and twitter accounts.
But that is a lot for a little card.
But we need to get his facebook likes up. A welcome screen where you have to like to get in would help. On the other hand, I went to Cain's and it had that, and I didn't want to see the page enough to 'like' it.

Yeah, that was one of my thoughts when I was trying to decide on what site to send to include on the card.

He set it up, for full disclosure....
It isn't enough to only send them to videos, though, but at least we know flix's view counts will be accurate............actually, I don't see a view count..

Haha I kind of had a feeling that was the suggestion he was going to make. I agree that Ron Paul Flix is a fantastic site, but I think in terms of a comprehensive overview of who and what Ron Paul believes, the campaigns website works.
I might design a Facebook specific card, because like you said, we need to get him more likes on FB.

That's kinda obvious from my sig and my avatar. I didn't think I need to keep saying it.
Video is how people get their news today. It's the best site to send someone to learn about Ron Paul. We're also very very selective on the videos we post. Send them to a YouTube channel and they'll see some crap about racist newsletters in the related videos section.

You may want to review your spacing before finalizing. A colon after "Ron Paul" would not really hurt, either, but it would need to be dark so as not to detract from his name. I don't know how to do it, either, but something explaining what the "434" is about might be helpful (a lot of people will have zero clue).
I like these small business cards and handouts a great deal more than I liked the slimjims last time. These are flashy, almost collectable, and guide the person to the official website (usually) in order to get them started sating their curiosity. People don't like bulky handouts and are more prone to tossing those. I slip all my business cards into my pocket or bag and find it later, and the first thing I do is go to any website listed.
I had one more suggestion! Would it add something to put "Ron Paul for President" in script across the bottom of the back, so it's unobtrusive but still there? It could be white in a thin kind of font. This whole card is awesome, but if I were getting it and had no idea, I might not even know what Ron was running for.

Appreciate the feedback. I thought about the issue of normal average joes not knowing what the 434 stood for. Hopefully after flipping the card over and seeing Ron Paul is the 1, they will be able to put two and two together. I kind of like the mystery, it hopefully will get people thinking, which people in this country are tending to do less and less. However, I will play around with the idea of maybe hinting at the fact that there are 435 members of congress.
As for the Ron Paul for Presidency suggestion, I think it is a good idea to consider fitting that in somewhere. However, I don't want to make the back of the card too crowded and placing anymore text on it could potentially make things more cluttered. I'll see what I can do.
Glad you like the overall concept! :)
