PHOENIX - We hear a lot of complaints about security screeners groping airline passengers.

But now, a Colorado woman is accused of putting her hands on a TSA agent at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix.

Court records show 61-year-old Yukari Mihamae grabbed the left breast of the female agent Thursday at the Terminal 4 checkpoint.

Police say she squeezed and twisted the agent's breast with both hands.

Officers say Mihamae admitted to the crime.

There's no word why she touched the agent.

Mihamae now faces a felony count of sexual abuse.

According to court records, she lives in Longmont, Colorado and is self-employed.

I think it's more likely that those were the actions of a mentally ill person acting out than those of a political activist.

I don't think all TSA officers are mentally ill, but they do like touching people in their private parts for a living. Oh, you meant the mundane.

Mihamae now faces a felony count of sexual abuse.
And yet when TSA agents do it, it is perfectly fine.

This is just like when politicians can get away with murder.

Basically if you work for taxpayer money you can do most anything, but if you actually do something beneficial for the nation then you're subject to all the rules and get screwed over. Such a backwards system we have. If anything, those living off the taxpayers should be subject to more rules than those who aren't.

Hmmmm... how about a nationwide "Grope a TSA agent" day! - if enough people did it... is there some way to combine cases - like a class action lawsuit - you know, if it was civil disobedience or self defense.... On a large scale?

I hope not. I'd love to see this get tons of publicity and actually go somewhere in the legal system. I'm so sick of the TSA I think my head might explode every time I read a story about them.

Has anyone on this forum been "groped" at the airport? Do they actually fondle a man's penis and testicles? How do they search a woman's groin?

TruckinMike

I'm guessing she didn't attend our public school prisons and as a consequence she never read the acceptable behavior guidelines when dealing with authority

...
Rule # 18 All Mundanes must subject themselves to authority in a manner authority demands they should.
Rule #37 never touch authority in any way.(one exception- refer to rule #18)
Rule #61 sit down and shut up before we kill you (just an understood message active at all times around authority)
...

I think it was rule #37 that got her. But on the good side, its pure luck that shes still alive.

That would be an expensive day... we would all have to buy tickets. Maybe it would be better just to organize a large group of protesters to go inside the airport and go as far as you can without having purchased a ticket, and just protest. Signs showing pictures of TSA people sticking their hands in granny panties and all... That would be more effective, and not as much risk of infection...

He can put clothespins on it and hang things from it now because he feels no pain there. It's kind of bizarre lol

If this is the case, aren't people making more out of this then they need to?

I was patted down at the Sacramento airport a few days ago. It wasn't so bad. Of course, I can rarely get another human to touch me outside of my annual physical.

If it is similar to the way a policeman frisks a person, I have no problem with that. But from what everybody is complaining about, I thought TSA was grabbing men's penises and pulling back the foreskin to look for bombs.

This is the sad part of it, on so many levels.

First of all it's sad that people have no clear-cut expectations. Even if you adored the State, wouldn't you want to know what is going to be done to you for safety's sake? Instead we get statements of "it'll be different; we want to keep people guessing" and similar. There should be a process, so that we know when someone's deviating from it. Back when there were metal detectors and wands (and that was it), you would be horrified if someone grabbed your privates. You would screech about it, and others would be more likely to say "wtf?!" because it's not even remotely a possible part of the routine. Now, people aren't sure. It's to keep them "safe." They might video it, might make a comment or two, but there is usually not outrage.

Second, let's go back to loving the State and wanting safety. If someone ISN'T groping around a man's privates (cupping and squeezing and jiggling would probably be involved) then how do they KNOW it's not a bomb? That is to say, if you are just frisking up with the back of the hand and stopping to either side, you're missing the potential plane-shattering bomb in the middle. A false testicle is about the size of a pingpong ball, and since terrorists are from "over there" maybe a few had been injured or had themselves modified. That gives you two removable (I won't get into how I know that, but trust me, you can leave those areas "open" and not die if you are careful about it) containers which you can fill with all manner of nefarious gels or liquids. Let's not even get into breast implant bombs, which would be easy enough to hide (legit breast implants are basically bags of gel; illicit breast implants are... bags of explosive gel).

So if the State is not efficiently searching those areas so easily turned into weapons, then why bother stroking my thighs and checking the configuration of my bra strap?

Third, as far as these protests... be careful. No, grabbing breasts with both hands and twisting is not something the TSA has been accused of before this. They've been accused of a lot, but not this. I would suggest "mirroring" what they do to you instead of just assaulting them outright. If not, you risk --- and this makes me throw up in my mouth a little --- a pro-TSA backlash. Making them the poor victims who are just looking out for our safety, while being sexually assaulted by crazed libertarians, does no one any good and will just frustrate most of us until our heads explode. However, if they are stroking your thigh looking for weapons, perhaps stroke their arm in a similar manner. If they are patting down your butt, try to see how they like you patting them down with similar pressure and the like. The best they can say is either that it makes them uncomfortable (win) or that they are the authority there and you cannot touch them, at which time you'll no doubt be dragged off. At least then you'll have a point. The difference here between a pat-down and a twisting, painful motion is too great and some will just not see it.

I still think orgasmically and loudly exclaiming something like "OH - BABY, BABY - JUST LIKE THAT HARDER - I'm ABOUT TO CUUUUUMM!!!!!!

Is the best tactic. That will really make the passengers behind you have second thoughts...

Then again, I refuse to fly because of this BS!

Careful... they will start putting everyone in handcuffs prior to the grope, leaving them on till passengers exit the destination airport - to make sure we all stay safe!

(Persons enrolled in the new "Trusted Travelers" program can save time by agreeing to walk around in handcuffs whenever they leave home!)

I was thoroughly groped at Lindbergh Field in San Diego in December after I vocally opted out of the body scanner and encouraged several behind me to do the same. The agent patted his hand down my zipper several times, took his time patting my buttocks, made sure to pause when arriving at my balls, ran his hand along the inside of the my pants. To end everything, he rubbed me and my carryon with one of those swabs and ran it through the explosives detector. The whole ordeal took about 30 minutes, but at least it was in view of the people in line. Meanwhile, the others who opted out at my suggestion were all processed in 2 minutes!

Keep in mind that I showed up 3 hours before my flight anticipating crap because the "Don't touch my junk." incident had happened recently.

At least they have a sense of humor about this. It's okay for them to touch us, but when we touch them it's a felony for sexual abuse. They are laughing their heads off at us.

She must have opted out of the scanner for some reason. More like the mentally ill are the ones who walk blindly into the scanners.
