Dr. Paul now at this opportune moment should get together with the co-sponsors of H.R. 459 and announce that the government will go into default unless this bill is signed into law.
Paul must rally his co-sponsors and take the reigns of POWER if they want to show the American people that they are serious and ready to be President.
If you want to be President you must show that you know how to wield power to achieve your goals.
It is good that we get a man of reason like Paul into power, but Ron should also remember that government is not reason or elegance. It is power. A nation that prints it's own money should never concern itself with debt or imagine that it is beholden to debt.
The Tea Party can defang the DNC and divorce itself from the bad publicity of the Bush era by doing this maneuver at this critical time and demanding passage of this Bill or Default.
