A USA TODAY/Gallup Poll conducted after the verdict found that 64% of Americans believe Anthony definitely or probably murdered her daughter Caylee. About half of Americans followed the trial closely.
Bill Oreilly did a poll of his viewers with the same question. He's been doing a Judge Judy during this trial and presenting speculation and circumstantial evidence as PROOF of guilt, while ignoring the forensics and getting tons of basic things wrong like her age and release date.
Anyway, his poll found that 90% of the public think she is guilty.
64% vs 90% - 26% is quite the margin of error - eh?
