Old, But Great Article on Rights----Specifically with regards to Health Care

As some of you who are constantly in the chatroom are aware, I got into quite a discussion (heated debate) with my aunt whether health care was a right. She didn't put it into those words, she said something along the lines of, "we need to collectively make sure everyone has basic health care." Anyway, I love her to death but I feel as though she is, as many others are, misguided. Anyway, since getting angry, I decided to try to find an article or piece of writing that sums up how I feel.
