I've been able to get these signs posted (and a few not shown here), and I've got more on the way as we speak. I've also been able to hand out dvd's to interested parties. :)

P.S. - if you're on dialup, you might be hosed on these.

This is the front of my house:
I am located on THE main road going through my town. It is state highway Route 12.
I don't have any hard numbers on how many people go by here but there are 9000 people who live in my town and it is the main north/south route between several towns and receives a fair amount of traffic. I have covered this route with signs at various intervals from one end of town to the other.

On the corner of the parking lot of the busiest pizza place in town (also on Rt. 12)
about 1 mile from my house going north.

This is coming down from Interstate 395 into town on route 200 (a good spot, believe me)

On the South end of town just before the entrance to the interstate and where route 12 heads towards the next town (more signs going that way).

My meetup group will be doing a Paint the Ron soon when it becomes legal in 4 more weeks. ( in Florida)

I saw my first local RP sign anyway last week stapled to a telephone poll! It was very exciting to finally see one up in my area.
I had the biggest GRIN on my face!

Last night in an Applebees, I was wearing my RP football Jersey and one of the waitors yelled, " Ron Paul!!!! I hear that!!!! "

It was fun!

My husband saw his first RP bumper sticker around here last week too.

I'm organizing with my meetups a flash mob of RP shirt wearing supporters at a popular monthly local event this Friday night that ussualy draws a few thousand people, who are a big money crowed! ( Country Club/Polo Club types) I can't wait for it to a create a buzz around town!

Anyone near Sarasota/ Bradenton- please come out to The Music on Main event in Lakewood Ranch on Fri Nov. 2nd wearing your RP shirts!

More to come. I have 8 more signs coming this week. I'll update my map after that. I'll probably need three cuz I'm going to have signs in three different towns on the main roads. :)

Hmm, I just had an idea.

We can use the google maps API to create a website where supporters pinpoint where they have either:
1) posted a Ron Paul sign.
2) Seen a Ron Paul sign.

So if we can popularize the site, and get lots of people participating, it may help to show where we are doing well, and where more signage is needed.

Does anything like that already exist?

Thanks. I just thought people who donated to my chipin should see where their hard earned money was going and hopefully help me raise more for even more promotion.
