It's in very good condition; pages are perfect, no light damage, tears or folds.
Tom Woods recently said that there was a batch of 1st edition copies from 1949 found and sold, and that the website where they were sold crashed. I'm assuming the one I bought is one of them, due to the condition.
I love corroborating Ron's positions with quotes from Human Action for people who may disagree with Ron. I post quotes supporting Paul's positions on Facebook all the time as my status.
