just this morning iv been watching some of mike gravels videos and reading about him after last nights democratic debate.... and remembering him not being invited.

i think mike is great, i think he does a way good job exposing the media and the other candidates... i love how he gets fired up and torches everyone around him.
he seems way more moving in some aspects....

i just wanted to know what are some of the key differences between ron paul and mike gravel. i heard gravel say something about he wanted global police to collect intelligence which sounds really strange because he said "global police"

other than that he seems just as good a candidate as ron paul. he seems to have even more desire...

what makes ron paul so much greater than gravel?
and what are some of gravels flaws.

just wondering...

well gravel wasn't allowed at the last debate because they said he was not even campaigning, so I doubt he has more desire.
So far as what makes Ron Paul so much greater, he has a baseline, the constitution. That is all their is to it, no international law, no global police, no global government(gravel wants), the constitution.

it just seems lately paul hasn't been getting his message across very well when he has the opportunity too, i wish he would go into more detail and show people why things are corrupt.

like last night when leno said in regards to our federal income tax "well they didn't have highways to pave back in 1913"
i wish ron paul would have told him that your federal income tax doesnt pay for things like that to begin with.
the highways are payed with your gasoline tax.. and then he could have further went on to explain how the states will still have there tax...

instead he left leno and the entire audance still scratching there heads not fully understanding why we have to get rid of the income tax.

i just miss seeing ron all fired up, he hasn't been like that lately... anyone else notice this? could he be homesick? he just doesnt act how he did months ago.

I think gravel is a great candidate, but he leans a lot more towards big government and spending than Paul does.

I loved gravel in the dem debates too, he's a shining star among that bunch. Im not such a fan of his policies, hes a socialist, cradle to grave kind of guy. Hes anti-war, and says what he wan'ts. The similarities stop there really... completely different political mindsets.

Middle class scratching their heads to why we should get rid of income tax? You must not be middle class, income tax, and the IRS, are not highly regarded among the people. Taxing your income is what the communist manifesto advocates.

Differences?

Mike Gravel: universal health care, globalist, wants a world government, high taxes, believes in a watered down draft, revealed his ignorance of the Constitution in a certain youtube video

Ron Paul: Contitutionalist, low taxes, state's rights, free market economics, against all draft

No he completely kicked that interviews ass, 5 million people saw a well informed man. Stop being pessimistic, he did quite well. Maybe you just need to watch it a second time like i did, it was beautiful.

garrett,

It comes across two ways, people criticize him for being so fired up, so he tones down, thn people criticize that as well. He is trying to stay balanced and keep a tone down, people made fun of him continually before calling him things like "whiny uncle" "whiny granpa" etc

haha i fell in love with that nagging grampa.

he seemed like ol' gramps trying to tell the youngin's how things are supposed to be.

in an old man voice "back in my day we had a constitution, and wars were declared, and you could buy a candy bar for 3 cents, that's how much your dollar is worth today!"

well your right im not middle class i make under 20k a year.
i know they prob. liked what he was saying... it would have been even better though if he would have exposed what it really is. because even leno still seemed a bit confused.
