3-4 Trillion? Why even have a debt ceiling if you're just going to keep increasing it? The very fact that they keep having to increae it should tell anyone that the system is broke and bankrupt and needs a serious overhaul. It's like living in the twilight zone sometimes.

Agreed. The amendment process could take years and be bogged down by state legislatures. Rand needs to propose a balanced budget for FY2012.
