Quartzsite, AZ - The Mayor is challenged under a recall election beginning next month. Accusations have been made. The city council is persecuting the Mayor for giving the people a voice. The Chief of Police is also involved in the scandal.

Jennifer Jones is given the floor at a city council meeting open to the public. While she is speaking the council realizes she's about to air their dirty laundry and quickly beckons their henchman to cart her off.

The Mayor steps in and says Jones has been recognized to speak and has not violated the council's rules, but the council ignores him and has the woman removed even as the Mayor continues to contest. The police officers ignore the Mayor of the city and remove the woman. It's obvious who those cops work for, and it's not the people.

Even after watching all of these, I'm still not sure what's happening. There are people who support the Mayor, there are people who don't. I can't figure it out. One thing is for sure, these people have allowed bad people to fuck up their small town. Mayor seems to be kind of a power seeker.

If Chief Gilbert wants to label us "terrorists" simply for keeping our oaths to defend the Constitution, by using our natural right of free speech in support of good police officers who refused unlawful orders, and if he is going to label us "terrorists" for simply exercising our First Amendment protected right to peaceably assemble and petition government for a redress of grievances, - all rights that GOOD MEN fought and died to preserve - well then, all I have to say is "we're your huckleberries" Chief. This just came in....

Just spoke with name deleted and another lady, name deleted , who both attended the public "coffee with the Chief" event and they confirmed he mentioned Oarth Keepers, Tea Party and another group (likely Sons of Liberty Riders) by name and then said "I take these terrorist threats very seriously and I have reported them to the FBI and anyone else who will listen".

A local blogger, Rain, who is on the side of the Chief supposedly did record it. Who knows, she may post it online. We'll see.
