there are youtubes about how to make them. I think there might even be some links here in 'activist materials'. Essentially you print out the picture, in pieces if necessary for the right size, tape it together on top of a foamboard or other material you want to use as a stencil, cut out the image on the picture, and then use it.

For a bigger one yet you project it on a wall, where the board you are going to paint are, or whatever.

I made the stencils in this video. I will have a "buy" option on the website RPR2012.com coming soon. As for now
you can PayPal me $25 for the 2 piece stencils. They are made of 1mm PVC & fit the 9x24 size sign. I made them that size because you can buy
18x24 Coro-Plast sign blanks & split in half. I got the process down & made 100 signs in 1.5 hours by myself. Add a fellow supporter & you can double the speed. Here are some links for ordering the blanks.
