1) Sell off unnecessary state university property to pay off student loan debt.
2) To concentrate on mathematics, science, and on just the physical education necessary for healthy students, have state universities spin off college football programs and other such team sports. They would become minor league teams and farm systems for the professional teams keeping the university names while having no ties to the universities of higher learning.
3) To create more jobs by keeping as many people out of the workforce for as long as possible, pay for the education of young people until they are twenty-one or until they have received two years of college education.
4) To pay off the national debt, have the states determine and settle on a percentage of how much of their land they will put aside for future national park land. Then sell the rest of the land to private individuals to pay off the national debt converting most of the Federally owned land into private hands.
5) Do away with all national holidays while regulating the times in which corporate executives take vacations during Christmas and New Years. I didn't say regulate vacations, screw them, but I said the time in which the fat bastards take them (with all due respect). As it stands now, the time around Christmas and New Years is shutting down our economy to the extent of about three months, six weeks before New Years and about six weeks after it. This situation is caused by temporary hiring around the holidays, by retailers who sell much of their product and make most of their profits during this time, and by company executives who take off for long vacations before and after the holidays. Imagine the harmful effects on a motor if a piston isn't working in a four cylinder car? We can help ourselves greatly just by doing everything we can to do away with the misfiring by better balancing how the economy performs over the entire year.
6) Limit wars started by future presidents to those led by the Commander and Chief himself. If the war is truly important, the Commander and Chief will be willing to give his own life for the cause. Kings at one time had to lead their men into battle in order to encourage them to volunteer for the cause. Please refer to King Richard the Lion Heart, and Barrabus the Gray king of Germany! There is an Israel today because kings at one time led their men into Holy Wars against the Anti Christ!
7) Slash pay to teachers and faculty to pay managers in the private sector to be more tolerant in having to teach wayward young people how to pull up their pants, not talk on cellphones, and to focus on working.

Actions to be Taken

1) stop the state from taking all actions.

Think about it this way. The Lord is the shepherd. As He is not here to make everyone responsible but happy, He has to remain at the middle of the flock to care for every member within it, strong leader and weak follower alike. So, he doesn't care most of the time where the flock is heading other than it is headed in a correct general direction or what everyone is doing just as long as things aren't getting too out of hand. He has deligated all that responsibility of caring to the false powers. Or, a better term is "a more perfect union" which can also be understood as a "necessary tyranny."
The Lord made the twelve disciples serve the multitude. When these disciples later became the mighty Apostles in the Book of Acts, they didn't like serving the people. So, they transferred this act of serving over to lessor deacons within the Church. In doing so, as power is only given for the purpose of serving, the Apostles unwittingly transferred their powers over to the lessor Deacons!

While listening to a radio show called "Coast to coast," I was surprised to hear the huge number of people coming out to confess that they were either abducted by aliens or, according to what they believed, were actually living aliens themselves. Also recently, the state of New York came out of the closet in matters concerning gay marriage. So, expect real soon huge numbers to be coming out of what seems to be the majority to confess to being American communists. See, this isn't the old brand of communism that didn't work, but a new better kind.
Look, strategically speaking, you can't ever get rid of this nasty stuff because it has always been there. "Communism" isn't something created as the opposite of somthing else, but it is result of a fallacy in thinking.
In checking this new American communism, once again speaking in strategic sense, we need to institute it only within the banking industry. In other words, all banking employees and only banking employees should be communist.
AS MADNESS HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR TYRANNY IN CONFUSING THE PEOPLE, SO SUCH INSANITY CAN ALSO WORK IN MATTERS CONCERNING THE PEOPLE'S BURDEN TO GAIN CONTROL!

In like manner, the insurance industry needs to be declared an endeavor set up originally against the best interest of the American people and in favor of early colonialism (with this being the ******ing of a majority for the sake of a few). In other words, it should be the policy of the United States government to put as much of the insurance industry out of business as it can. The more insurance companies put out of business, the better the economy of the people will be.
To do this, the people need to come up with agreements with our government. For example, if I will agree not to sue others in court in any accident involving someone at a determined low speed, the state will right off any medical expenses. To earn the right to operate their business in the state, the hospital will agree to perform any medical treatments for free involving people in low speed accidents. Also, to earn the right to operate their business in the state, dealerships will perform all fixes to low speed crashes for free minus the expenses for parts. To perform the right to sell their cars in the state, any car manufacturers will agree to sell their parts at cost.
The ideal here is to get rid of the insurance companies as unnecessary middlemen.
Look, as American citizens we won the lottery. Soon after doing so, someone convinced us that they were somehow needed in the process, that we needed to pay them to drive us over to collect our money.

Open up all health insurance to be able to be bought and sold in every state . This would increase competition and help keep prices down.

Why should the school be responsible for debt taken on by students?

Ah free education. Nice. Who wouldn't be in favor of that? And paid for with people's taxes. That will add to your problem of

4) To pay off the national debt,

My State Constitution provides for education. Do wish they would come up with a way to fund that other than property tax...

Pay should be pay. No perks, bonuses, or benefits. If you want health insurance, take your money and go buy insurance. In the United States, we aren't here for tyranny, but for the people. We tolerate necessary evils for the benefit of the people, not for the benefit of evil. Before health insurance became a social idea, the governments of large corporations were already offering it to the healthiest at the expense of the ill.
If the free enterprise works and if capitalism does indeed work, the best health insurance is no health insurance at all.

After World War 2, the state universities were created with the intentions of keeping returning vets out of the workforce of what had finally after many years developed into a healthy economy. This is after fifty years of depressions and thirty years of a Great Depression. We aren't here for the sake of tyranny, but tyranny exists as a necessary evil to serve the sake of the people.
If a soldier can give his life for this nation, a teacher can serve this nation while making a little of nothing. Indeed, teachers should be the highest paid employee because they teach society its functions. Yet, if teachers were paid what they deserved, society wouldn't have enough left over to pay for itself.
