You can basically set up your own statewide campaign if you wish.

Just set it up. Have a meeting of different grassroots organization and supporters through the state (via conference call) and set up a steering committee headed by someone you trust called "New Jersey Grassroots for Ron Paul 2012" and then begin the work across the state.
