I was following the election closely enough to know he stole economic positions from Ron -- he had NONE of his own on his web page then Ron's would be there whole cloth, essentially. (McCain was funnier because he'd steal only PIECES of Ron's stuff, so it wouldn't have worked.)

But Ron didn't mentor them and teach them policy and have speaking engagements with them in their districts to introduce his supporters to them.... only to have them steal his lines without giving any credit where they came from.

I'd heard she was considered to be a piece of work by those she ran against, and kind of took it with a grain of salt, but now I'm believing it. I mean, you can say this is done in politics, but tea parties are supposed to be about good sense and decency and would you do what she is doing? I know I wouldn't be comfortable doing it.

That kind of thing comes up in 'office politics' all the time, and some would, and some would not.
