View Full Version : Who's going to cry when Ron Paul wins the Presidency?

I've been a Ron Paul fan for about two months and have been viewing this forum for a couple weeks now. And I'd be content with continuing to just watch but today I was talking to the man who informed me of Dr. Paul and I told him that...

"I will cry when Ron Paul becomes President!"

His eyes started to swell also.:D
And I began to think of all the ecstatic people across the country who will be celebrating with me. It will be like 10 New Years Eve parties all rolled into one.

Cheers,

Michelle

Just like I cried like a baby at the Salt Lake Rally when we were all cheering "For Freedom! For Liberty!!!

Anyone else feel that crazy fire burning inside!!

I could never understand Braveheart, why the Scots were so riled up and excited to go into battle and die....now I know....

FREEDOM!!!!

I've already been practicing!! Made a total fool of myself when I got to meet and speak with him at the private briefing in Nashville! I just wanted to thank him for stepping up to the plate to be our Pied Piper and next thing I know, my eyes are leaking and I'm trying to excuse myself before everybody in the room notices!!! Guess I'ld better stock up on Kleenex for when he wins NH and then the nomination!!!

But we have a lot of work to do to make sure that Dr. Paul completes his mission.

Work now, cry later. :)

i just MIGHT...JUST might...take a hiatus from work/school/life from election day to inauguration. screw school, screw work, the party would last for months. the feeling of freedom would be astronomical.

PASS OUT LITERATURE

I will ball for hours. You have no idea. I can't wait to change this country. I have been seriously thinking about joining politics just to do what Ron Paul has always fought for, the Constitution. I want to serve my fellow man, not for selfish reasons except to get our country back to where we should be.

I remember when USA beat Russia and I cried and jumped around then called Mike Eruzione's answering machine and my brother and I screamed until we were horse. (We lived near Toledo and Mike E. was a hockey god there.).. I never felt so patriotic. Well... that would pale in comparison to how I will feel when Dr. Paul wins. Plus... I will go out to dinner for about 2 weeks because I have bet a bunch of people dinner if their, "He can't win" is proven wrong.

Man, I am almost crying just thinking about it. Life would be complete. Like I had fullfilled my mission on this earth. All the hours of handing out flyers, trying to get people to listen(which can be one of the hardest things to do), going to events and showing support for Ron Paul, marching with signs and taking abuse from non-informed people, it would make all the time sacrificed worth it. It is worth it even though I may not get the outcome I want because atleast I stood for something and fought for what I believed in and activley tried to get our country back.

If he won, it would mean everything, like the second coming of Jesus kind of feeling.(if you believe in that sort of thing) :-)

I recently called radio station wmay here in springfield IL and talked to neo-con host and pro-Fred Thompson supporter, Pamela Furr, where I,almost everyday, call to "spam" Ron Paul to the point where she threatens to bill Ron Paul's campaign for free advertising. She was babbling on about men and crying during movies. So I called and told her that I am not one to cry during movies but one movie in particular, the notebook, total chick flick, almost made me squirt some. Then I of course had to mention when RON PAUL DOES WIN THE PRESIDENCY, I WILL BALL MY EYES OUT!!!

I really think that he does run a VERY REAL "RISK" of winning and I will do just that when he DOES win!!!

Oh yeah our meetup group organizer (also 19th congressional district of Illinois Ron Paul delegate) has a radio show on wmay on saturdays and talks about Ron Paul ALL DAY and gets lots of listeners. He's kind of known as the conspiracy guy but NOT a theorist. You can check his website out www.bishoponair.com

I have cried over this man. It takes alot to move me. For the first time in my life I have tasted real freedom and I keep going back starving for it. I am almost 40yrs old and I have lived in the same town for most of my life. I have always known something wasnt right. I have always felt like oil to the machine. I have watched people engulfed in a system that allows no escape. People who work for most of thier lives and end up at the end with scraps. I have always tried to look outside the box and find the answers for myself. I have always known that there is more to freedom than just the WORD freedom. It means more than the lie they sell to us. Please, dont stop this. NEVER give up this fight. Shame on the people in Washington. LONG LIVE THE REVOLUTION.

There's so much I will do when he wins. I'll cry, laugh, drink. Hell, I'm already talking to my wife about hosting a victory party. I'll start investing again eventually. When he wins, I will probably re-enlist even taking the broken time penalties. It would be worth it to take orders from a President worth my oath.

The ripple effect all around the world would be massive. Bigger than anything in living memory. Myself being from England i'll be jumping on a plane and flyin to Washington to show my joyous support for Ron Paul and all true Americans during and after the inauguration .

I get so excited just thinkin about it. It actually makes me feel more patriotic about my own country in a weird sort of way. A Ron Paul presidency would not only take America back but would give the people of the UK something to truly look up to and follow. Times are a changing . I can feel it :)
