I believe Bernanke scoffed and called Ron Paul's suggestion that the Federal Reserve had given money to the Libyan central bank "bizarre" around a year before it became publicized that precisely this had, in fact, happened.

I thought the "bizarre accusations" where that the Fed had given money to Greece, which turned out to be true. Yeah, I'm not sure this video is presenting the situation accurately.
